One advantage <scriptingNews> has over RSS 0.91 is the idea of items that have NO link

This is the one thing I really dislike about <scriptingNews>. It seems totally illogical to me to be posting a news item for web syndication that has no link in it.

I can see that places like Scripting News would want to be able to post "comments" and marginalia on the site but that sort of content wouldn't really appeal to anyone getting a syndicated version of the site would it?
